  2. Empathy: How much you tend to share the feelings of others and sympathize with them.
  3. Developing people: How much you enjoy developing people.
  4. Collaboration: How much you like to collaborate rather than go your own way.
  5. Communication: How openly you communicate.
  6. Community service: How much  you enjoy serving a community.

This quiz is done anonymously so no one will know your scores but you (including us). Naturally, the more honest you are with yourself in answering the questions, the more useful the results should be.
