About Self Renewal Group

The Self Renewal Group was launched in 1994, initially in England, now in Canada. Our team is made up of founder Mitch McCrimmon, Ph.D. and highly experienced associate consultants.

Our focus is executive assessment and coaching, with a particular expertise in the design of assessment centres. We conduct assessments for selection, succession planning and development.

We also use assessment centre exercises for some senior level individual assessments.

The firm was launched in 1994  in the UK but is now based in Canada.
